What is a Digipak?

A digipak is a way of packaging a CD so that it is more artistic and unique to the artist. Digipak's generally consist of 6 panels that fold out to display the disk in the middle and artwork on either side and the track-list usually on the back. Most people will prefer a digipak over a regular CD case as it is usually higher quality and feels as though you are getting more for your money.

The style of digipak we will be designing.
There are other styles of digipak's with different layouts such as the one pictured below, which are made to be more artistic and original, however we are just going to be designing a basic 6 panel style digipak.
